Treaty of Territorial Cession relating to the Red and White Lands between the Kingdom of Impasse and the Principality of Gabon

Her Majesty The Queen of the Principality of Gabon and His Majesty The King of the Kingdom of Impasse

NOTING WITH SATISFACTION the formal request of the Principality of Gabon to lay claim over certain lands currently within the control of the Kingdom of Impasse;

RECOGNISING the need of new nations to be able to produce renewable resources;

Have accordingly appointed as their Plenipotentiaries:

Her Majesty the Queen of the Principality of Gabon: The Lord High Chancellor

His Majesty the King of the Kingdom of Impasse: The Honourable the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Impasse

Who, having exhibited their full powers found in good and due form, have agreed as follows—


Article 1

Cession of Certain Lands

PROPOSAL A:

The Kingdom of Impasse gives, transfers and grants and confirms unto the Principality of Gabon (including the heirs and successors forever thereof) the easternmost Taiga island and the portion of the easternmost continent consisting of a Mesa Plateau and a Mesa, the said portion being the Mesa area only, with all the rights, profits, territories and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging, and as well the profits and revenue as the direct, full, and absolute dominion and sovereignty of the said territory, with all royalties thereof, freely, fully and entirely and absolutely.

PROPOSAL B:

The Kingdom of Impasse gives, transfers and grants and confirms unto the Principality of Gabon (including the heirs and successors forever thereof) the easternmost Taiga island and the portion of the easternmost continent consisting of a Mesa Plateau and a Mesa, the said portion being southeastern Mesa Plateau bounded by a straight line being drawn from the area of the said landmass that juts to a view of the island immediately below the area of the said landmass that juts with a view of the island immediately above the area, with all the rights, profits, territories and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging, and as well the profits and revenue as the direct, full, and absolute dominion and sovereignty of the said territory, with all royalties thereof, freely, fully and entirely and absolutely.

PROPOSAL C:

The Kingdom of Impasse gives, transfers and grants and confirms unto the Principality of Gabon (including the heirs and successors forever thereof) the easternmost Taiga island and the Desert island to the north of the Mesa and Mesa Plateau island (which, itself, is north of the said Taiga island), with all the rights, profits, territories and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging, and as well the profits and revenue as the direct, full, and absolute dominion and sovereignty of the said territory, with all royalties thereof, freely, fully and entirely and absolutely.

ALL PROPOSALS:

The land described above is detailed in the map attached to the Annex of this Treaty.

The Kingdom of Impasse also covenants and grants that the quiet and peaceable possession thereof shall with all possible speed, be freely and effectually delivered to the Queen of the Principality of Gabon, or such person as Her Majesty shall thereunto appoint for her use in the performance of this grant, and the inhabitants of said island and territories, as the Queen’s subjects, and under her sovereignty, Crown, jurisdiction, and government, being still suffered to live there.

Article 2

No Native Claims

In the transfer of lands, this Treaty will be proof that there are no other native claims upon it, and for this purpose the Principality of Gabon will be permitted to use it as hitherto.

Article 3

No Military Structures

  1. The transfer of land within this Treaty is subject to this article.
  2. The Principality of Gabon agrees to not build any vault or vault-like structures on any land transferred pursuant to this Treaty.
  3. In this article, “vault” includes any improvement utilising diamond-reinforced or iron-reinforced obsidian in a pyramidical, circular or square shape, excluding where used as a bunker for holding any material other than enderpearls.

Article 4

Freedom of Navigation

A citizen of the Kingdom of Impasse may enter the territory ceded to the Principality of Gabon pursuant to this Treaty and remain on that territory indefinitely unless that citizen is under sentence for an offence against the Principality of Gabon’s laws or commits an offence against the the Principality of Gabon’s laws other than trespass to public areas or the like.

Article 5

Continues to Successors

This Treaty will continue to apply to any Power that succeeds either Contracting Party.

PROPOSAL C:

Article 6

Creation of Transportation Network

The Kingdom of Impasse permits and allows the Principality of Gabon to create a rail line of a no more than 5 metres width and 5 metres height travelling north underneath the said Mesa and Mesa Plateau island at a place to be determined by the Principality of Gabon between height levels 1 and 15.

The Kingdom of Impasse gives, transfers and grants and confirms unto the Principality of Gabon (including the heirs and successors forever thereof) any land used for the purposes enumerated under this article, with all the rights, profits, territories and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging, and as well the profits and revenue as the direct, full, and absolute dominion and sovereignty of the said territory, with all royalties thereof, freely, fully and entirely and absolutely for the entire duration that the land is used for the purposes enumearted under this article.


In witness whereof the above-named Plenipotentiaries have signed the present Treaty and affixed thereto their Seals.
